Herb’n Farm became the first licensed based restaurant model to earn the distinction of a Certified Green Restaurant on a college campus. We look forward to continuing our pioneering path as we roll out across the country

Green Design

Whenever possible, we design our locations to incorporate products that are both green and cost efficient to implement and maintain. For example, products that:

• Are made from salvaged, recycled or agricultural waste content
• Avoid or reduce toxic emissions
• Conserve natural resources
• Certified wood products
• Exceptional durability and low maintenance requirements
• Rapidly renewable; i.e. bamboo, jute, cork
• Contribute to a safe, healthy indoor environment
• Reduce environmental impacts during construction, demolition, and/or renovation
• Save energy and/or water
